WHAT I EXPECT OUT OF MY CLIENTS
I expect 100% effort and commitment throughout our time working together. Success is a team effort, and as our coach-athlete relationship grows, so should our communication. Strong communication is essential for progress, and while it may take time to develop, it is a priority for ensuring long-term success.
I have zero tolerance for lack of adherence to the plan or excuses rooted in poor discipline. However, I am understanding of genuine emergencies or unexpected life events.
Honesty is non-negotiable. There is no need to hide anything—my sole focus is to help you improve. I will not judge mistakes, but I expect you to learn from them, adapt, and apply yourself to avoid repeating them.
Check-ins must be submitted by 11 AM local time on your designated day. Late submissions hinder productivity, so plan accordingly. Provide thorough, detailed feedback in your check-ins to help me understand your progress and response to the plan. If something feels off, communicate it clearly and promptly—I can only help if I’m fully informed.
Weekly check-ins are mandatory, they your responsibility and demonstrate your investment in the process. Just as you would show up for work or practice, consistent check-ins reflect your commitment. I will always meet you in the middle, matching your effort and dedication.
My communication hours are 9 AM to 7 PM PST. I will respond within 24 hours unless it’s an emergency.

Nick is a 2x IFBB Pro Olympian and 2x IFBB Pro Champion, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition. Born and raised in Southern California, Nick has been a competitive athlete his entire life, excelling at the highest levels in Division 1 collegiate sports for USA Swimming and USA Water Polo. His elite athletic background, combined with his formal education and years of expertise in training and nutrition, positions him as a highly qualified coach capable of working with a diverse range of clients.
Nick’s journey into competitive bodybuilding began after a career-ending injury halted his Olympic Water Polo aspirations. Through relentless perseverance and months of rehabilitation, he not only regained his strength but also discovered a new passion for bodybuilding, health, and nutrition. In just two years as an amateur, Nick earned his IFBB Pro status at the 2018 NPC Universe, marking the start of an impressive professional career.
Today, Nick works with a wide spectrum of clients, from those seeking healthier lifestyles to competitive bodybuilders, physique athletes, and top-tier performance athletes. His ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life, combined with his commitment to personalized, one-on-one coaching, enables him to guide clients toward lasting, transformative results.
